PRACTICE Reminder that the first practice will be played Monday, January 5, 2026 from 5-5:45pm; 6-6:45pm and Tuesday January 6, 2025 from 5-5:45pm; 6-6:45pm at the Anthony Wayne YMCA, 1330 Michigan Avenue, Waterville, Ohio 43566 GAMES *Please check weekly for any time changes or cancellations. The first of 6 games will start Saturday January 17- February 21, from 9-11:15 am; held at Fallen Timbers Middle School Gym 6119 Finzel Rd, Whitehouse, Ohio 43571. Parent coaches are needed to facilitate practice/games; AW Y staff will provide program direction and equipment. A Coaches Meeting has been scheduled to train and review updated changes for the Winter 1 season to be held at Ft Meigs YMCA Monday December 22, 2025 from 6-7pm. No special attire required; wear tennis shoes and bring water to drink. Jerseys will be distributed starting Monday 1/12/26, at practices; if you miss the pickup, they will be available at the game or the following weeks practice. Our policy for Ohio branches is to follow the county "level" system. We encourage all members to follow their local news and weather channels for the most up-to-date information regarding the "level" for their county. LEVEL 1 Branch Locations: * Branches will remain open during normal operating hours. LEVEL 2 Branch Locations: *Branches will remain open during normal operation hours. *Classes and Programs will be canceled. **If a Level 2 is called overnight or in the morning prior to branches opening, the programs will be canceled until 4pm. If a Level 2 is lifted during the day, a decision will be made by 2pm as to whether evening programs will run as scheduled. ***Youth Basketball is considered a program. *****Programs canceled due to inclement weather may not be rescheduled; fees will not be refunded. LEVEL 3 Branch Locations: *Branches will close. **Branches that offer 24/7 access will be open to those with 24/7 access membership; however, we strongly encourage our members to adhere to the county level policy and procedures. Branches will not be open for 24/7 access if power is lost.
