Hello Parents & Coaches, Game schedules are now available for our Summer 2024 Basketball season. Please read through this email to find the information you will need to know as it relates to the schedule. - First you will go to :YGAMETIME: https://ygametime.com/branch/downtowny/ - When you go there it'll have you enter your zip code (enter any Colorado zip code). - Below the zip code will pull up the different YMCAs. From there, down below will be where your team falls under and where you will be able to view the schedule for the season. ALL Preschool Clinics - Downtown/Southeast/Fountain - Clinics only on Saturdays at Southeast YMCA at 9AM. (SMALL GYM) - If you are in the (Preschool) 3 & 4 year old division: you will not see a game schedule. You will show up every week at the designated time that you signed up for. This is also listed in the Team Name Section. ALL Kindergarten - Downtown/Southeast/Fountain - Practice/Games only on Saturdays at the Southeast YMCA look at 10 am. (SMALL GYM) - If you are in the (Kindergarten) 5 & 6 year old division: reminder you will practice every Saturday before playing your games. DTC/SEC/FTN 1/2 Grade Coed - Games at Southeast YMCA (SMALL GYM) DTC/SEC/FTN 3rd/4th Girls - Games at Southeast YMCA (SMALL GYM) DTC/SEC/FTN 3rd/4th Grade COED- Games at Southeast YMCA (SMALL GYM) DTC/SEC/FTN 5/6 Girls - Games at Southeast YMCA (MAIN GYM) DTC/SEC/FTN 5/6 COED Games at Southeast YMCA (MAIN GYM) DTC/SEC/FTN 7/8 Girls- Games at Southeast YMCA (MAIN GYM) DTC/SEC/FTN 7/8 COED- Games at Southeast YMCA (MAIN GYM) PPYMCA HS Coed - ALL- Games @ Fountain Valley YMCA - To view your schedule, go to Sports & Programs at the top and it'll take you to our basketball season. From there you will go to the drop down menu "Choose a League" and select your age division. This link will take you to the page for the entire division but by clicking your team's name at the top, it will highlight only your games down below. - This is where you can subscribe to the specific team calendar. - Please subscribe to the Alerts so you can get up to date game day and weather information. - Pay attention to the location of the game as it may not be the same location that you practice on. -When you are viewing the schedule, the team listed on top will be the HOME team and will wear the WHITE side of the jersey. The team on the bottom will be the AWAY team and will wear the DARK side of the jersey. - If you see your team listed twice on the same day, this means your team will have a double header and may play two games that day and possibly not on another day. This is to ensure that all teams are able to receive the allocated amount of games for the season. - If you are in the (Preschool) 3 & 4 year old division: you will not see a game schedule. You will show up every week at the designated time that you signed up for. This is also listed in the Team Name Section. - If you are in the (Kindergarten) 5 & 6 year old division: reminder you will practice every Saturday before playing your games. Please keep in mind that game schedules are subject to change throughout the season due to various reasons. While we do try to keep changes to a minimum, communication will be sent out if any changes are made from the original schedule but the webpage will update in real time with any changes made.
