2025 Bushnell Youth Basketball Camp

Join us for a 3-day basketball skills camp hosted by Bushnell University!

The Bushnell University athletic department and the Eugene Family YMCA are teaming up for the second year to bring you the very best in athletic summer camps! Focusing on the NAIA champions' character values, your youth will gain an understanding of the basic fundamentals of basketball, learning to embody the principles of respect, responsibility, integrity, servant leadership, and sportsmanship. 

Our camps are led by the Bushnell coaches and players, as well as other coaches from the community, bringing a broad array of talents to the table. No matter your youth's skill level, they can expect to have a great time learning basketball through games and drills, and you’ll get a T-Shirt, too!

2nd-5th Grade Youth Basketball Camp
Dates: July 14 - 16, 2025
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $99 for Y members | $109 for non-members

6th-8th Grade Youth Basketball Camp
Dates: July 14 - 16, 2025
Time: 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Cost: $109 for Y members | $119 for non-members

Camp will take place at the Morse Center on the Bushnell University Campus -- 1075 Alder St, Eugene, OR 97401

2025 Fall Creswell/Phill Soccer League

Grades- K-5th Coed
Registration Dates- July 21-September 1
Practices start- September 8
Game dates- September 20 – November 1 (6 games guaranteed)
Cost: K/1- Y member $85/ non member $95
2nd-5th- Y member $115/ non member $125

We hope you can make it to the games and support your team. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we won’t be able to accommodate any changes or requests to game schedules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Let’s have some fun and cheer for our team!

Join the Y for the fall season of soccer!

Practices will be 1-2 times a week in Creswell/Phill school fields. If you have any specific days, times, or location that you can or cannot make work, please include let the sports coordinator know.

Games will be on Saturdays rotating between Creswell/Phill. The first game will be on Saturday, Sept. 20.

Please get shin guards for your player, as they are a necessary safety requirement. Bring water and warm clothes to practices and games. Cleats are recommended but not required.

We encourage parents to actively participate in their child’s sporting journey by volunteering as coaches or as a team parent (to help with communications). This not only enhances the experience for the players but also fosters a strong sense of community among the parents. We rely on our volunteers to keep our program running!

This program largely focuses on social/emotional development, community building for families, and basic skill building. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to develop skills, make new friends, and have a blast on the field.

Itty Bitty Soccer

Join us as we dive into the world of Soccer!

Registration opens: August 1

The Itty-Bitty Soccer season will kick off on Wednesday, Sept. 3, and goes until Sept. 24 with 2 sessions from 5:00-5:45pm and 6-6:45pm. You are registering for 4 Wednesdays of a clinic-like soccer setting.

We will start with warm-ups and soccer terminology as well as beginner skills in listening and following physical instructions. At the Y we believe in education through play and games. We will introduce scrimmages after week 1.

Player safety is our top priority. We strongly recommend bringing water for your child to stay hydrated.

The sessions will be staff-lead; however, we encourage parents to actively participate in their child's sporting journey by volunteering. This age is a great chance to get involved with your child's sports.

This program largely focuses on social/emotional development, community building for young families, and basic skill building.

Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to get your young child(ren) involved in becoming active, making new friends, and have a blast on the field. Join us for Itty Bitty Soccer and let's create unforgettable memories together!

At NinjaZone, we are dedicated to creating early positive experiences with health, fitness, and sports. Itty Bitty Ninjas/Lil' Ninjas is the first step in creating confidence in young children! In an organized, yet playful structure, this parent and tot class is the perfect way to socialize your child, allow them to learn and understand what it means to follow instruction, and of course, get them moving!

Class goals: Develop listening skills, fundamental movement, coordination, fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, and our NinjaZone character-building component
