Itty Bitty Golf engages young athletes in fun-filled sessions that lay the groundwork for a lifelong love of the sport while teaching fundamental motor skills.

2024 Bushnell Basketball Camp

Join a 3-day basketball camp hosted by Bushnell University!

Camp will take place at Bushnell University and the Morse Center (1075 Alder St, Eugene, OR 97401)

The Bushnell University athletic department and the Eugene Family YMCA team up once again to bring you the very best in athletic summer camps. Focusing on the NAIA’s Champions of Character values, your son or daughter will learn the basic fundamentals, but will also learn about living a life of character through respect, integrity, responsibility, servant leadership, and sportsmanship.

Our camps are led by the Bushnell coaches and players as well as other coaches from the community, bringing a broad array of talents to the table. No matter what level you are at, you can expect to have a great time learning sports through games and drills, and you’ll get a T-Shirt, too!

YMCA Members receive $10 discount.

YMCA Specialty Camps Philosophy is to use camps as a tool to develop each participant physically and mentally. Emphasis is on teaching the values of good sportsmanship, teamwork, goal setting and skill development in a fun, esteem-promoting atmosphere. Bring a snack, lunch and water.

Elementary age Players will work on Passing, dribbling, contests, field positions, shooting and defending. Players will also participate in fun games and drills designed to improve their skills in all these areas.

Middle school players will work on Passing, dribbling, shooting on the move, situational game skills, movement off the ball, decision making and defensive skills/conditioning. Players will also participate in fun games and competitive games working on teamwork and their leadership skills.

Youth will work on proper grip, swing fundamentals, rules, etiquette, scoring, serving, volleying and more. Players will also participate in fun games and drills designed to improve their skills in all these areas.
