Join us as we dive into the world of Soccer! Registration opens: August 1 The Itty-Bitty Soccer season will kick off on Wednesday, Sept. 3, and goes until Sept. 24 with 2 sessions from 5:00-5:45pm and 6-6:45pm. You are registering for 4 Wednesdays of a clinic-like soccer setting. We will start with warm-ups and soccer terminology as well as beginner skills in listening and following physical instructions. At the Y we believe in education through play and games. We will introduce scrimmages after week 1. Player safety is our top priority. We strongly recommend bringing water for your child to stay hydrated. The sessions will be staff-lead; however, we encourage parents to actively participate in their child's sporting journey by volunteering. This age is a great chance to get involved with your child's sports. This program largely focuses on social/emotional development, community building for young families, and basic skill building.
