BASKETBALL
Rec – (Ages 4-12) This is a progressive basketball skill development league. This league focuses on teaching the fundamentals of basketball.
• Age 4-5 Rec Coed. Saturday. 9am to 945am. February 28 through April 18
• Age 6-7 Rec Coed. Saturday. 10am to 11am. February 28 through April 18
• Age 8-9 Rec Coed. Saturday. 215pm to 330pm. February 28 through April 18
• Age 10-12 Rec Coed. Saturday. 1230pm to 2pm. February 28 through April 18
• Age 6-8 Girls Only. Saturday. 1115am to 1215pm. February 28 through April 18 (FULL)
• Age 9-11 Girls Only. Saturday @ 1115am. February 28 through April 18
• Age 4-5 Rec Coed. Wednesday. 6pm to 645pm. March 4 through April 15
• Age 6-8 Girls Only. Wednesday. 7pm to 8pm. March 4 through April 15
INDOOR SOCCER
Rec – (Ages 6-10) Youth Soccer is an exciting sport combining team play and individual skills. Kids are taught basic rules and game skills such as trapping, dribbling, passing and shooting as well as goalie skills. Every session will include practice and end with a non-scored game.
• Age 6-7 Rec Coed. Saturday. 1115am to 1215pm. February 28 through April 18
• Age 8-10 Rec Coed. Saturday. 10am to 11am. February 28 through April 18
TRACK & FIELD CLINICS
Rec – (Ages 5-12). The YMCA Track Clinic is the perfect starting line for young runners. Coaches guide participants through the fundamentals of running form, stride technique, and proper warm-up and cool-down routines.
