SOCCER/FUTSOL Rec – (Ages 6-9) Kids are taught basic rules and game skills such as trapping, dribbling, passing and shooting as well as goalie skills. The YMCA Track Clinic is the perfect starting line for young runners. Coaches guide participants through the fundamentals of running form, stride technique, and proper warm-up and cool-down routines.
