Kids are taught basic rules and game skills such as trapping, dribbling, passing and shooting as well as goalie skills. January 10 through February 21 TRACK & FIELD CLINICS Rec – (Ages 5-12). The YMCA Track Clinic is the perfect starting line for young runners. Coaches guide participants through the fundamentals of running form, stride technique, and proper warm-up and cool-down routines. • Age 5-12 Rec Coed. Saturday. 845am to 945am.
