This league focuses on teaching the fundamentals of basketball. • Age 4-5 Rec Coed. Saturday. 9am to 945am. January 10 through February 21 • Age 6-7 Rec Coed. Saturday. 10am to 11am. January 14 through February 25 INDOOR SOCCER Rec – (Ages 6-9) Youth Soccer is an exciting sport combining team play and individual skills. Kids are taught basic rules and game skills such as trapping, dribbling, passing and shooting as well as goalie skills. Every session will include a practice and end with a non-scored game. • Age 6-7 Rec Coed. Saturday. 1115am to 1215pm. January 10 through February 21 • Age 8-10 Rec Coed. Saturday. 10am to 11am. January 10 through February 21 TRACK & FIELD CLINICS Rec – (Ages 5-12). The YMCA Track Clinic is the perfect starting line for young runners. Coaches guide participants through the fundamentals of running form, stride technique, and proper warm-up and cool-down routines. • Age 5-12 Rec Coed. Saturday. 845am to 945am.
