TRACK & FIELD CLINICS

Rec – (Ages 5-12).  The YMCA Track Clinic is the perfect starting line for young runners.  Coaches guide participants through the fundamentals of running form, stride technique, and proper warm-up and cool-down routines.

  • Age 5-12 Rec Coed.   845am to 945am.  January 10 through January 31
  • Age 5-12 Rec Coed.   845am to 945am.  February 7 through February 28
