Tips for Staying Cool

Wear and reapply sunscreen as indicated on the package

Drink more water than usual and don't wait until you are thirsty to drink more.

Drink 1 cup (8 ounces) of water every 15-20 minutes

Drinking at shorter intervals is more effective than drinking large amounts infrequently.

Do not drink more than 48 oz. per hour.

Be sure any drinks you are consuming do not have caffeine in it.

Bring a cooler with ice and wet wash clothes to wrap around your neck.

If you are not feeling well or are sick, please stay home.
