Cross Country is back at Francis Family YMCA!
Practices are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm – once competitive meets begin, they will take the place of Wednesday practices. Meets will be off site at various YMCA’s ( Ft. Meigs, West Toledo, Wayman Palmer and Wolf Creek ) – Schedule to be announced.
Ages 5 – 14 y/o will practice at Indian Creek Park ( the park behind the YMCA ). Car access / main entrance to Indian Creek park is on Douglas Road. https://maps.app.goo.gl/GVSNw65V5tYy7VjT7

Ages 5-6 run ½ mile
Ages 7-8 run ¾ mile
Ages 9-11 run 1 mile
Ages 12-14 run 1.5 mile
