Timeline

September 24 – Rosters confirmed & practice schedules released.

October 5 – Jerseys ordered & Coaches meeting.

October 12 – Practices Begin.

November 2 – Games Begin.

 

Game Information

7v7 Format.

48-minute game (24-minute halves), with a running clock and a 5-minute half time.

One coach allowed on the field the entire time.

 

Team Sponsors – Please support these businesses when at all possible.

 

Safety

  • Every player is required to have their own mouth guard.
  • Players cannot play with pockets in their shorts/pants.
  • Athletic shoes, including football, soccer and baseball are allowed – no metal cleats.
  • Players must have their own water bottle – no sharing.

Formats

  • All divisions = 7v7.
  • All games are 48 minutes (24-minute halves)
  • Running clock
  • 2-minute half time.
