League Notes:
Rosters:
- Roster Maximum of 10 players. Completed Rosters must be submitted to the YMCA by October 24. Rosters will be frozen at this time. No changes, additions, or drops may be made after this date. Additional $15 per non-member. All fees must be paid at time of submission.

Each participant must be at least 16 years of age or older in order to participate.

Players’ names must appear on the roster in order to play. any player who is not listed on the roster and plays will cause their team to forfeit all offending games.
- Players are not allowed to play on multiple teams. Teams using non-rostered players will forfeit all offending games.
Competition Format:
- There will be five weeks of pool play, with one week of single elimination bracket play.
- Season record ties will be decided by: 1) Head to Head 2) Head to Head Point Differential 3) Average Point Differential
- Championship t-shirts to the winning team.
- Net Height: 7′ 11 5/8″
- Competition for co-ed (6v6): Teams may not have more than (3) men on the court at a time. Must have at minimum, (4) players on the court at a time, maximum of (6). When the ball is played more than once by a team, a female player shall make at least one of the contacts. Contact of the ball during blocking shall not constitute playing the ball. There is no requirement for a male player to contact the ball, regardless of the number of hits by a team.
- B league teams will start all sets with 5 points when playing against A league teams.
- NO intentional kicks where the ball passes back over the net.
- Rally scoring will be used. Best of three. First two games to 25, win by two. Third game if needed to 15, win by two.
- Referee will be provided by the YMCA. Teams MUST provide scorekeeper.
Game Day Policies:
- Food and drinks are prohibited in the gym. Only bottled water will be allowed.
- Teams are responsible for cleaning bench area after each match.
- Please pick up & dispose of trash properly.
