Co-Ed | 2023 Summer Adult Softball

Information

Rosters: 

• Roster Maximum of 15 players. Completed Rosters must be submitted to the YMCA Sports Director by June 1st. Rosters will be frozen at this time. No changes, additions, or drops may be made after this date.
• Each participant must be at least 16 years of age or older in order to participate.
• Players’ names must appear on the roster in order to play. Any player who is not listed on the roster and plays will cause their team to forfeit all offending games.
  
• Players are not allowed to play on multiple teams. Teams using non-rostered players will forfeit all offending games.

Competition Format:

• Teams will play a round robin in league play. All teams will then advance to a single elimination bracket. Championship t-shirts to the winning team.
  
• Season record ties will be decided by: a) Head-to-head competition, b) Total points scored minus total points scored upon if split in head-to-head competition, c) Total points allowed
• Umpires and scorekeeper will be provided by the YMCA.
• Teams may start a game with eight players. Teams with less than eight players will have to forfeit the game. Game time will be forfeit time, no grace period.  Home plate umpire will have official time.

Game Day Policies:

• Please pick up & dispose of trash properly.
• Please note, all children ages 9 and under must be supervised by an adult.
