Flag Football

Below is a link to our flag football rules for 2024.

Flag Football rules 2024

7v7 will be played.

Only 2-3 coaches per bench (one coach must be controlling bench with players)

All players must have mouth guard at practice and games (all mouth guards must have lanyard to avoid hands in contact with mouth)Coaches are only allowed on field in U7 (to set players up, but must move to back field once play starts). U9 and up coaches can run on field to call plays. Coaches have to leave before play starts.
