U7 (Ages 5-6) | 2026 Fall Flag Football

U7 Flag Football is designed for players ages 5–6 who are just starting their football journey. This co-ed program focuses on introducing the basics of the game in a fun, supportive environment, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence.

Players will learn fundamental skills such as running, passing, catching, and flag pulling, while developing coordination, agility, and an understanding of basic game rules. Practices and games are designed to keep players active, engaged, and excited about football.

Practice & Game Schedule:

• Practices begin the week of October 19th

• Games start the week of November 2nd

• All practices and games are held at the Wilson Family Y Fields

Coaches’ Meeting:
Wednesday, October 6 at 6:00 PM in the Wilson YMCA boardroom

Parent Involvement:
Parents who want to coach are always welcome! Coaches receive free memberships and program registrations and help make the season a success.

This program is a great way for young players to learn the basics of football, stay active, and make new friends in a supportive and fun environment!
