We will be partnering with a local photography business owned by Tim Tidball. Pictures will begin the second week of games and will run for four weeks to fit everyone in. Your coaches have the most up-to-date information on when and where the photos will be taken. Picture packets will be given to your coaches at the first game of the season. *Coaches will contact players/families before the first practice. *One can expect an email from the YMCA and a call from their coach with practice and team information by April 7th. *Please call the front desk of the YMCA (541-772-6295) if you have not received any communication by April 10th *Practice locations will be determined by the volunteer coaches and gym availability 1st-2nd grade - one 1-hour practice on Saturdays *Followed by one 1-hour game 3rd-6th grade - two 1-hour practices per week *One 1-hour game each week *Please note* Some Saturdays may include a doubleheader

*Soccer - This sport will require a black and white reversible jersey and shin guards. Jerseys will be available at Cascade Athletic Supply (2930 Biddle Road, Medford) for $20. *Volleyball - teams traditionally make their own jerseys/shirts but are not required. *Track & Field - This sport does not require any equipment other than athletic shoes/clothing.

*No food or drinks are allowed in the gyms, except water. *Spectators are asked to remain seated during the game to avoid disruption of the game. *Parents must supervise any children in their care at all times so that they are not climbing on or below the bleachers or left unattended in hallways or bathrooms. *No one is allowed in other areas of the school, as we are guests in school district buildings. *All cheering is to be positive at all times.
